THE AGENTIC DATA COMPANY - PRIVACY NOTICE Last updated August 24, 2026 1. Who we are The Agentic Data Company, a Delaware corporation, registered office 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. We operate from Copenhagen, Denmark. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Write to legal@theagenticdatacompany.com about anything in this notice. 2. What this notice covers This notice covers visitors to theagenticdatacompany.com. It does not cover the speakers recorded in our corpora - what we collect from them, and what they can ask us to do with it, is set out at yap-room.com/privacy. It does not cover a dataset delivered to a lab either; that travels under the agreement signed for it. 3. What we collect, and why Reading the site. Our host records the usual server request data, including your IP address and browser user agent. We use it to serve the pages and to keep the site up. Our interest in a working, defended site is the basis for it. Asking for dataset access. The request form asks for your name, role, affiliation, email address, whether the purpose is research or commercial, and what you intend to do with the data. We store your answers with the date, your IP address, your browser user agent, the version of the data use agreement you accepted and a SHA-256 hash of its exact text. We use the answers to decide on the request and to reply to you, which are steps taken at your request before an agreement. We keep the acceptance record because it is the evidence of what was agreed, which we may need to establish or defend a legal claim. Emailing us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as the exchange is live and useful afterwards. We also maintain a separate Cookie Policy that describes how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies. 4. Who else sees it Only the suppliers who run the site for us, each under contract and only for what we ask of them: Vercel (hosting and request logs, United States), Supabase (the database holding access requests, hosted in Ireland), Resend (the notification email raised by a request, United States), Usercentrics (Cookiebot - the consent record and the cookie table, Denmark) and Google (Analytics, United States). Transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. 5. Links to other sites The footer links to Discord, Hugging Face and LinkedIn, and the release pages link to the Hugging Face Hub. Following one of those links takes you to a company we do not control, under its own privacy notice rather than this one. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not answerable for what the other site does. 6. How long we keep it Access requests and their acceptance records: for as long as the agreement they evidence can matter. Everything else: for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Analytics records expire on the retention period set for the Google Analytics property, and each cookie expires on the lifetime listed in the cookie policy. 7. Your rights You can ask us for a copy of your data, for a correction, for deletion, for a portable export, or for us to stop a use you object to. Email legal@theagenticdatacompany.com and we will answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, and we will say why if we refuse. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is Datatilsynet in Denmark; you may instead use the authority where you live. To refuse analytics cookies, or to withdraw a consent you have already given, use the cookie policy. You can also block cookies for this site in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on. 8. If you live in a US state with a privacy law Several US states give their residents rights over personal information. Where such a law applies to us, you can ask what we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who we shared it with. You can ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and appeal if we say no. Use the same address as section 7. The answers most of these laws turn on: we do not sell your personal information, and no decision about you here is automated. We may share it with advertising platforms to reach readers like you; where we do, the cookie policy lists what that sets in your browser, and is where you refuse it or withdraw a consent already given. Exercising a right costs you nothing and changes nothing about how we treat you. 9. Changes to this notice We may revise this notice. A revision is published at this address and applies from the date it is published, which is the date at the top.
